We first met in early December with the hope of establishing a trust by the end of the year. In spite of the incredible busyness of this season, Vlad and his staff totally came through for us. We had some late night and early morning calls and emails, but we were able to get us through the process in record time. Vlad's staff members were very professional and responsive.
