Vlad Portnoy
Founding Attorney • NY & NJ Bar Admitted
Vlad Portnoy built this firm on the belief that good legal counsel changes lives — and that it should be within reach of every family.
A graduate of New York Law School, Vlad began his career working on estate and trust matters that exposed him to the human side of the law: families in conflict, aging parents without plans, and heirs navigating Surrogate’s Court without a roadmap.
Admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey, Vlad has handled hundreds of probate proceedings, drafted thousands of wills and trusts, navigated complex Medicaid eligibility questions, and guided families through guardianship proceedings under Article 81.
