Traci Strickland, Esq.

Senior Associate

Traci Strickland has over a decade of experience handling estate matters, including probate and estate administration, contested probate/estate litigation, estate planning, and business succession planning. She is also a skilled business law attorney and civil litigator.
Traci hails from Washington, D.C., where proximity to government piqued her interest in a legal career. After graduating from Princeton University with a degree in philosophy, she moved to New York to attend Brooklyn Law School. Traci is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey.
After caring for her aging relatives and seeing the difficulty of making decisions relating to end-of-life care – including the financial aspects – Traci developed an interest in life planning and elder law. “I enjoy this area of law because we have an opportunity to help people in difficult times – or to plan ahead to ease future burdens on families and loved ones,” she said. “Each client has a story, and considering the people involved brings this work to life.”
Outside of work, Traci enjoys live music, good food, and long walks with her rescue dog. She is also very involved in her neighborhood community garden and local political matters.
